Are you looking to make some healthy changes but aren’t sure where to start?
The 5×5 Challenge is a 5 week micro-habit course designed to show you how small daily habits done consistently over time can have a major positive impact on your health and wellbeing. Making improvements doesn’t have to be so hard.
5 habits x 5 minutes/day x 5 weeks
The challenge is simple. Each day, your tasks will be posted in the corresponding weekly guide of the challenge Facebook group by 8 am ET. To check off the day, you must complete 3 of the 5 tasks. We encourage you to share your experiences and to cheer on your fellow challengers.
