Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.crawfordcoaching.ca website operated by Crawford Coaching (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Crawford Coaching and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). If this applies to you, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Crawford Coaching cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting us prior to the renewal date.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Crawford Coaching with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, province, postal code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Crawford Coaching to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Crawford Coaching will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Fee Changes
Crawford Coaching, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crawford Coaching.
Crawford Coaching has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Crawford Coaching shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
