It’s that time of year again! Crawford Coaching has been invited back to the Verdun Health and Wellness Fair. It’s being held on June 7 from 12pm-4pm at the Epiphany Church during the annual Summer Sidewalk Sale.

The fair is a local event that gathers together the various health and wellness businesses that serve the English speaking community of Verdun. I really enjoy participating every year as I get to spread my love of coaching to help improve the health and wellness of my community.
