As a member of the organizing committee, I would like to invite you all to attend this year’s Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Walk. It’s the 2nd annual event and we hope to keep it going for years to come. It’s an important event to me because of my experiences with chronic anxiety since the age of 15 (you can read more about that here).

There is no fee to participate. All we ask is that you spread the word and attend the walk if you can. Our goal is to spread awareness and show support and solidarity with those experiencing mental health disorders, as well as, those affected by the tragedy that is suicide. You are not alone. Not now, not ever. Do not give up.
This year, the walk takes place on Saturday, September 10th (World Suicide Prevention Day) at 1:00 pm on Mount Royal in Montreal. We meet at the George Etienne Statue.
Hope to see you there!
