Physical activity is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. It helps maintain a healthy body weight, improves your energy, reduces your risks of certain illnesses, strengthens your bones/muscles and improves your mood.

This is why it is a focus in the Healthy Habits: Foundations program.

Enrolment is open for Winter. The program starts January 6th, 2020.
