Healthy Habits 2020 – Sleep

Do you often feel tired, irritable or moody?
Do you have trouble concentrating?
Has your appetite changed?

These are all symptoms of poor sleep. Poor sleep can cause mood changes, weight gain, memory issues, trouble concentrating, poor balance and high blood pressure to name a few. Sleep is a very important piece of a healthy lifestyle, which is why it is a focus in the Healthy Habits: Foundations program.

Enrollment is open for Winter. The program starts January 6th, 2020.
