Healthy Habits 2020 – Nutrition

We all know how important a healthy diet is to our overall health. It gives us energy, reduces the risks of certain illnesses, helps us maintain a healthy body weight and improves our sleep.

This is why it is included in the Healthy Habits: Foundations program.
